IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR HONORED VISITORS:
I. When the word "Bible" or "Scripture" or the phrase "word of God" is used on this site, it refers to the 1611 King James Bible.
II. This ministry teaches that the Lord Creator (Christ) created the universe from nothing but the energy of His words in six literal days, approximately 6000 to 8000 years ago, as Scripture and science make clear.

To the Editor:
We have seen the worst and the best of human behavior. Acts of extreme heroism above and beyond the call of duty following a dastardly act that is too heinous to describe. Only Satan, or people driven by his imps, could conceive such a thing. America has again been baptized with tears, and her alabaster cities stained with drops of grief.
The monsters responsible for this deed will be brought into the light of day, but how can justice be done when we can do no more than inflict pain and death upon them? Only God can do justice for them, for only He can wreak eternal damnation upon them.
In spite of the rage of many bogus Americans, America still retains a vestige of her Christian heritage, for in times like these, the word "prayer" comes back into our vocabulary, and the name of God is used as a blessing rather than a curse. It is significant to note that the atheist has nothing to offer during such trying times.
The ninth fruit of the Spirit which He bears in the life of the Christian is temperance (Galatians 5:23). It is temperance that takes the sword out of the hand of the zealot. It is temperance that puts out the fires of persecution. It is temperance that balances the scales of our lives. It is temperance that adds a softness to our intolerance of religions. It is temperance that enables us to love the souls of those who would destroy us, and pray for their salvation. Because of temperance no true disciple of Jesus Christ would ever threaten the life or property of any person, no matter how radical his religion. Though Islam is thoroughly repulsive to most Americans, and we resist its encroachment into our communities and culture, we permit it because man must be free to send himself Heaven or to Hell as he chooses.
Does temperance mean that we sit on our hands, and allow intemperate beasts to destroy us? By no means. The purpose of government is to protect its citizens from evil, punishing criminals among us (including the execution of murderers) as well as defending us from evil without our borders. Individuals do not take vengeance, but government does. "For he (the ruler) is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil." (Romans 13:4)
Following the laws of our government, we should go after the brute beasts and send them to Hell where God can adequately punish them, but we must wage war against them with as little harm and damage to helpless and harmless people as we possibly can. Our targets should be very small circles.
Dear God, please heal America. In Jesus' Name, amen.

SPECIAL NOTICE:
In November 1999 I noticed that what I was seeing suddenly looked very strange. I stepped into the living room where the TV was showing the evening news, and looked at the screen. The picture looked like a jig saw puzzle with many pieces missing and fine, concentric lines all over the place. I couldnít make any sense out of it. I closed my right eye, and to my horror discovered that the center part of my left eye was covered with a brown cloud. My right eye for many years has had a circle around the point of focus so that I could see through only a small opening. With my left eye virtually gone, I could read only two letters at a time on a page or on my computer screen. I have had diabetes for two or four years and it has surely had a very debilitating effect on me.
The next morning I called my eye doctor, and when he examined me, just shook his head, and told me he wanted me to go to Birmingham to a specialist. He went immediately to the phone and made the appointment, and the next day I was examined by the specialist who told me that an artery had burst in the optic nerve to my eye, and there was nothing within the scope of medical science that could fix it. Neither eye could be helped. The next day my wife learned from a friend of a doctor in Gadsden whom she said could fix my eye. I went to that doctor also, and he told me exactly the same thing the first doctor told me.
A couple of days after my eye went out, I was working in my shop, building an ark model. I reached across the spinning table saw blade to move a piece of wood, and when I drew my hand back, I touched the saw blade with the three middle fingers of my left hand. The contact threw my left hand over my right shoulder and spun me around. I take blood thinner because of my heart valve, and so I thought I might bleed to death. I managed to drive myself to the hospital where I spent two hours in surgery. My fingers have healed up, but they are extremely sensitive and hurt most of the time. Theyíll improve over time, Iím sure. I got out of the hospital on Saturday morning and loaded the wagon, and went straight to Macon, Georgia where I gave my last conference. I have the Genesis program I was working on ready for publication now, but as you can imagine, it has been stressful for me to do anything. I am able to drive, but I am a more careful driver now than I used to be. I still teach my Sunday school class, although sometimes I have to call on somebody to read passages for me.
I called on my church to anoint me, and pray for me about my eyes, which they graciously did, but the Lord chose not to heal me. I am now struggling to reach the spiritual maturity that will enable me to obey the admonition of I Thessalonians 5:18, namely, "In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
I was 73 in June 2000. Last October I was told that I have prostrate cancer. Complex tests were performed on me last week to determine the condition of my heart valve so I can decide how to deal with the thing. The tests caused a blazing rash on my body. The shot the doctor gave me for that sent my blood pressure and blood sugar sky high. Though the next few months will be very dangerous and trying for me, I intend to come through it, and continue to work for a long time. If I do not, then my family and I will be happy with Godís infallible will.
I Thesssalonians 5:18: "In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."

"MATTHEW 19:5 - MATTHEW AND MOSES"
94. #772 "THE UNITY OF THE WORD OF GOD"
All humans on the planet in every age have worshiped a god of some sort. People today have their own ideas about who God is and what He is like. Unfortunately, most people are desperately wrong about what they think of God. The tragic trouble with most people's concept of God is that they have formulated this concept out of the gray matter between their ears, based on their own very finite experience, education, and intelligence. Any concept of God that is made up out of no more than these meager resources is bound to be faulty. Anything that comes out of man must be smaller than the man, because a vessel must always be bigger than its contents. Any god that comes out of a man's head must be smaller than the man. Man is always bigger than the god he makes up for himself. Worshiping an imaginary god is idolatry.
God said, "...thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself:..." (Psalm 51:10). When man devises a god, he comes up with a god like unto himself. The man then talks about the god he believes in, but actually he is talking about himself. He judges the whole world by himself.
A man who makes up his own god knows all about his god. If a man knows all about his god, then, again, he must be bigger than his god, for otherwise, how could he contain all the information about his god. A believer in the true God finds that even with God's Word before him for a lifetime, he must agree with the Apostle Paul when he declared, "O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!" 34 "For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?" (Romans 11:33,34). We can be reassured in our belief in the true God when we must conclude that we do not know all there is to know about Him.
There are many ways to know that we know the true God, however, in spite of the impossibility of knowing all there is to know about Him. Though God has human attributes (He sees, He knows, He walks, He reaches, He loves, He hates, etc.,), He is not a human, and does not have human weaknesses (He cannot sin, He cannot lie, He cannot die, He cannot err).
As obedient servants of God, this ministry is primarily concerned with God as Redeemer. He commanded us to go and tell the world that the incarnate God (Jesus Christ) assumed the sin guilt and debt of all humankind, and paid the judicial payment for man's sin by dying in his place. Man must acknowledge this truth, and accept it by faith to be redeemed. Our ministry studies creation, and so we are concerned with God as Creator. "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." Since God created the heaven and the earth in the beginning, then He existed before the "beginning." Since He existed before the beginning, then He had no beginning. The"beginning" was when God created matter, for there can be no time without matter, for time is regulated by the movement of matter. Time is not the same throughout the universe, as space travel and physics has demonstrated. Perhaps in the center of the universe, time stands still. Is that where Heaven is?
God commanded matter to come into existence. "By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth." (Psalm 33:6). This is an awesome thought: God commanded, and stuff that didn't even exist obeyed Him!
However, it is a scientific truth. Matter and energy are interchangeable. Matter can be converted to energy, and energy can be converted to matter. Einstein said so. Anyone can covert matter into energy, even a child. But converting energy into matter is another proposition altogether.
The incarnate Creator retained His unlimited power even clothed in sinful flesh. "And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power." (Luke 4:32). How much power? "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." (Matthew 28:18).
The true God existed alone
from eternity past. He created the heaven and the earth by the power of
His word. That knowledge did not come from man's head, but from the message
God gave to man. The message is called the Holy Bible. This knowledge is
rational, scientifically accurate, and true.
